Nice citrus notes. Good minerality, good acidity, and nice depth. Excellent summer wine or with sushi. What a brilliant experience! Very unexpected choice after a white oaked Rioja and an oaked Puglia white. The mellow appely pinots have a lot of depth and complexity, super mouthfeel, medplus acidity and a great finish.

40% Pinot Blanc from ABC s home Bien Nacido vineyard, 60% mostly bought in Pinot Gris. Like other Jim Clendenen wines I ve had this is very good, balanced and self assured. Melon, pear, citrus, some good minerality. Alcohol quite prominent, although 13.5% not unusual for Californian PG. Richness from time on it s lees in old oak barrels. Moderate + acidity.
